SemTram has opened this website for the personal information of its users. No commercial use or even partial use can be made of the data presented here without prior written agreement from the SemTram company. This page sets out the legal terms for use which apply to each visitor on this website. By simply consulting it, you indicate that the specifications in this document are unconditionally accepted and applied.

Liability- exclusion of warranty

a) SemTram has endeavored to ensure the accuracy of all information supplied on its website. In spite of the care taken in choosing the information published on this website, it is possible that it may contain mistakes, inaccuracies or omissions. SemTram will assume no contractual liability whatsoever in the case of any isolated and unexpected errors which may arise on the website. Furthermore, information on the website may be modified and updated without prior notice.

b) SemTram shall not be held liable for any material or immaterial damage, whether direct or indirect, whatever the cause (including those which could be caused by possible dissemination of viruses or computer fraud) or the consequences resulting from consulting or utilizing the website, information and use of information that it contains, or the inability to access the site, with the exception of direct damage arising as the result of gross negligence or wilful misconduct by SemTram.
